Data Deletion Instructions

MetricsGo, operated by DigyGo Technologies, gives you full control over your data. You can delete data you have connected — including data obtained from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads), Google, and YouTube — at any time using either method below.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

  1. Disconnect a platform: Go to Clients → [client] → Settings → Meta Integration (or the relevant platform) and choose Disconnect. This removes the stored data and access tokens for that platform.
  2. Delete a client: In a client's Settings, choose Delete to remove the client and all of its associated analytics data.
  3. Delete your account: Go to Settings and request account deletion to remove your account and all associated data.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email kavin@digygo.com from your account email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include the account email (and, if applicable, the connected ad account / Page / Instagram you want removed). We will permanently delete the requested data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Revoking access directly

You can also revoke MetricsGo's access from the source platform at any time — for example via your Meta Business Integrations settings or your Google Account permissions. Once revoked, we can no longer retrieve new data; email us to also remove any previously stored data.
