1. Introduction

MetricsGo ("we", "our", "us") is a digital marketing analytics platform operated by DigyGo Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our service at metrics.digygo.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
Connected Platform Data: When you connect third-party accounts (Meta Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile), we access and store analytics data such as ad performance metrics, post and video engagement, follower counts, audience insights, and reviews. We refer to this collectively as "Platform Data."
Access Tokens: Authorization tokens that allow us to retrieve your Platform Data on your behalf.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the application.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide analytics dashboards and reports for the accounts you connect.
To sync and display data from Meta Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
To generate PDF reports summarizing marketing performance for you and your clients.
To authenticate and manage your account access.

We use Platform Data only to provide the analytics and reporting features described above. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security (RLS) so each agency can only access its own data. Access tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to other users or sold to anyone.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with and rely on the following third-party services, acting as our service providers:

Meta Graph API (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads)
YouTube Data API & YouTube Analytics API
Google Places API & Google Business Profile API
Supabase (authentication and database)
Resend (delivery of email reports)
Vercel (hosting)

Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data or Platform Data to third parties. Data is only shared between team members within the same agency account, as configured by the account admin, and with the service providers listed above strictly to operate the service.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for up to 90 days by default and may be refreshed from the source platforms. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

8. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You can delete your data at any time:

In the app: Disconnect any connected platform from Client Settings, or delete a client or your entire account from Settings. This removes the stored Platform Data and access tokens.
By request: Email kavin@digygo.com and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

You also have the right to access your data through the application, update your profile and password in Settings, and revoke any connected platform's access at any time (which you can also do from your Meta, Google, or YouTube account settings).
